Telecom and Voice API
The easy way out for adding telecom functions to your legacy applications
The Azuralis TelCore API makes a plethora of telecommunications services available through an easy-to-use and RESTful API.
By tapping into functionality already built and quality tested, you can focus more on what you want done and less on how to do it, and thereby shortening the path from idea to finished product. Below is a quick overview of some of the functionality available.
For telecommunication providers wanting to take the leap into the telecom 2.0 realm, the Azuralis API provides a turn-key solution. It is thus possible to use the various building blocks to build new, exciting services in-house. You can also expose the API to your own customers and thus increase your technical worth.
The Azualis TelCore API is normally hosted and run by Azuralis on behalf of the customer. There is also the option of running the system in house.
The customer does not need to concern themselves with either running operations or have to think about the scalability issues as the system is more and more utilized.
All the user really needs to care about is a well documentet set of high level RESTful API function calls, and not putting the time and resources into learing the inner workings on how to integrate telecommunication functionality in their own applications.
Multi-party calls
Telephone conferences have been around for decades. Azuralis has built what we believe is one of the most complete and feature-rich implementations available on the market today, giving you full control over conferences and its participants. Controls include scheduling of conferences ahead of time; recording to MP3; custom authentication (none, conference wide, per participant, or one time passwords); dial-in restart; SMS and email notification prior to conference start; participant dial-out, kick, mute, hang-up, talker detection; starting conferences by SMS; and much more.Voice and text notification
Bulk notification by voice and text messages (SMS), with detailed reports on the status of each recipient. Did the recipient for instance pick up and confirm hearing the message? Appropriate action can be taken on individual recipients, such as calling again or opting to send notification by text instead.Text-to-Speech synthesis
Convert plain text to audio containing the material as spoken content. Listen to the audio seconds after creation, and optionally make changes. When satisfied with the result, use the audio for instance in voice notification to quickly create campaigns without the need to record audio. The platform can support a number of languages like English, German, Norwegian, Swedish, French, etc.
Bridge calls with click-to-call
Connect two telephones by calling them both and connecting them together, yielding the same result as if one would call the other but taking knowledge of telephone numbers out of the equation. Ideal for customer support systems where calls can be made to a customer by clicking a button in a web interface, or online dating services where patrons can be given the ability to talk to each other on their home phones while keeping their phone numbers private for the time being. We can also provide a hosted Click-to-Call solution, ready to deploy.
